THE PI SWIM
Privacy Policy
The Pi Swim, a brand of Pi Education Sdn. Bhd., uses the information you share to respond to your enquiries.
Updated 13 October 2026
Information you share
When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, you may share your name, contact details, swimmer age, swimming experience, programme interest, preferred format, location and time, school or organisation details, and message content. A swimmer’s age is enough; we do not request a date of birth.
How we use information
We use the information you share to respond to enquiries, discuss classes or school programmes, and provide relevant follow-up. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Contact services
WhatsApp opens a conversation in WhatsApp; Email Us opens your email app. You choose what to share and send through those services. Opening a contact link does not submit an enquiry through this website.
Maps and external links
Google Maps loads only when you select “Load map”. WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and email services handle information under their own privacy policies. Our website hosting service also processes technical requests needed to serve the site.
Questions about your information
For questions about information you have shared, corrections, deletion requests or withdrawal of consent to follow-up, contact thepi.swim@gmail.com.
